On August 14, the Mota Eno-bistrot in Valdidentro transforms into the perfect place to spend an evening enjoying fine dining, live music, and the relaxed atmosphere of the mountains.
For the occasion, we have organised Grill & Good Vibes, an evening designed for those who love sharing an outdoor dinner accompanied by great music. Il Teo from Lecco will provide the live soundtrack, while our grill chefs, Niccolò and Leonardo, will prepare a selection of carefully chosen meats cooked over the barbecue.
From pork and caciocavallo cheese bombette to authentic Abruzzo-style lamb arrosticini, pork sausages and much more, through to premium grass-fed Black Angus cuts such as ribeye and picanha: a menu created for lovers of meat and charcoal grilling.
The dinner will be accompanied by five wines available by the glass, Sberlusch craft beer by Pintalpina, as well as cocktails and aperitifs prepared by our team, so you can raise a toast together and enjoy a truly festive atmosphere.
