For the guests requesting information through WEB (according to the Personal Information Protection Code, Art. 13)

The personal information provided will be handled manually or digitally for:
a) Follow-up on your request and eventually, in case of your confirmation, proceed with you booking.
b) For advertising and promotional purposes to send informative and promotional material.

Your information might be shared with third parties but just with those strictly necessary to offer you the best service and answer all your inquiries (mail services, technology service providers, etc.). You are not compelled to release any personal information but sometimes it could be necessary in order to comply with your request.
The information won't be shared. We would like to remind you that in order to prevail your rights mentioned in the Personal Information Protection Code, Art. 7, such as request to access your own information, verification about information handling, cancellation request, changes or updates, please contact the Responsible of Information Handling sending a letter to Hotel del Cardo, Via Cima Piazzi, 80 - 23030 Valdidentro (SO).

By sending a Gift Voucher request, I give my consent to use my personal information only for the purposes cited in point "b" (according to the Personal Information Protection Code, Art. 23)

What happens after?

As soon as possible you will receive an e-mail from us with a summary of the request and information about how to make the payment (postal money order or bank deposit). After we receive your payment and booking information confirmation, we well ask you to send us the following:
- Name of the beneficiary
- Name and address of the person giving the present
- Cell phone number of both individuals in case of need)

The voucher will be valid for 1 year, from the date of the payment is received.

We will send, by regular mail and to the address for you indicated, the voucher specially wrapped as a present for the beneficiary.
